Organizational Behavior is the learning and function of understanding about how individuals perform in organizations. It does this by captivating a systematic approach. That is, it understands people-organization associations in terms of the complete person, complete group, complete organization, and complete social system. Its rationale is to construct better relations by attaining human purposes, organizational purposes, and social purposes.
As one can see from the description above, Organizational Behavior includes a broad variety of topics, such as human behavior, change, leadership, teams, etc. the two topics under consideration in this paper are influence of ethics and values on decision making and impact of technology on work related stress.
Influence Of Ethics And Values On Decision Making
The procedure through which managers recognize and determine problems and benefit from them on opportunities is called “Decision Making”. The following questions arise while studying the influence of ethics in Decision Making Process:
• Have the manager accurately assessed the problem?
• Does the manger’s decision have any symbolic potential? Could it be misunderstood?
• Have the manger tested each alternative by asking whether it is legal and fair?
• Where are the manger’s loyalties?
