An academic program that equips an individual with the theoretical knowledge as well as simulated experiences enables him or her to handle complicated tasks assigned to them in the real business environment. Understanding the importance of rEsource, learning teams and problem-based learning is very valuable to a student who wants to be successful academically and professionally. At a glance rEsource is a host of information that provides valuable information to the students on various topics including learning teams. Being part of an academic program propels us to interact with people from different walks of life. We combine our learning efforts by forming virtual teams with our environment, teachers, parents, siblings and colleagues who foster an information exchange that is very important to approaches like problem based learning. Problem-based learning is among the first of many tools that will prepare us to excel in the program. Problem-based learning is a systematic formalized approach to solving a problem in any situation.
