Abstract

In this paper, lets discus about the pitfalls in the organizations learning.  Organization behavior determines the organizations learning.  Some principles are taken from the companies which are in Fortune 500 list, which could not survive for long to learn the mistakes and some learning’s are taken from the companies are which are survived more than 100 years.  

The research team contrasted the good-to-great companies with a carefully selected set of comparison companies that failed to make the leap from good to great.  

This is more of comparative study between Jim Collins “Good to Great” and Arie de Geus by “The living compay” and some principles are used from Peter Senge.

The key findings are the principles behind the organization learning issues and if the organization does not learn from inside or outside, how it will affect the organizations life.

The Learning Organization is a concept that is becoming an increasingly widespread philosophy in modern companies, from the largest multinationals to the smallest ventures. What is achieved by this philosophy depends considerably on one's interpretation of it and commitment to it. The quote below gives a simple definition that we felt was the true ideology behind the Learning Organization.
