Public policy
Each and every state needs fundamental principles for the perfect operations of the legal systems in that state. These fundamental principles are the public policies which relate itself to the social, moral and economic virtues of that state. This should include impartiality, neutrality, certainty, equality, openness, flexibility, and growth. These are similar to court laws where these are imposed to bring orderliness in the country and help avoiding violence. But these policies should also be laid according to the social norms of that area. The policies are framed which can be used to solve a problem. It provides the basic rules for solving the issue. The policies become more familiar when it is used for a longer duration, thereby emerging as the stronger policy. The public policy will take no action if the state is declared as void. It is mainly a principle that no government can affect a person or injure a person legally. It is applied to matters of common health, safety and welfare. It says how a citizen should behave with his fellow citizens. The policy is changed according to the fluctuation which is a reflection of the changes in economic needs and moral ambitions of the people. The public policy directly handles legislation in the execution and analysis phase.
