Project Summary
A. Name of enterprise
The enterprise shall be named Three Little Pigs’ Corporation; the company aims to produce genetically high breed of hogs that can provide quality meat. Hogs will be slaughtered based on the rules and regulations from BFAD. The name of the company comes from the story Three Little Pigs, the characters of the story projected three little healthy pigs, and that is the company wants to be remember, that Three Little Pigs’ Co. produces healthy pigs that can provide quality meat. Aside from the cleanliness of meat that the company will produce, pork alone has a nutritive value of proteins, calories, minerals, iron, and vitamins.
“Three Little Pigs’ fresh meat” would be the name of the company’s product, this will be after the group’s company named, Three Little Pigs’ Corporation.
B. Location of the Project
Since most of researchers are from Bulacan, brgy. Buena Vista, Sta. Maria Bulacan is an appropriate location for the company.
Three Little Pigs’ Corporation is a producer of pork meat, the pig farm and slaughter house should not located near to schools and churches and other public or commercial buildings due to possible nuisance from noise and smell. The company also shall be established on the zoning of pig farm approved by the DENR. That is why the proponents take into consideration the good condition of the place.
The group also considered the strategic location of Bgy. Buena Vista Sta. Maria, Bulacan; it is accessible to the suppliers of feeds and to the company’s target market. The place has also low lot cost and low wage rate for agricultural industry.
