Introduction
    In this scenario it is based on the organization of Riordan Industries and their struggles as an organization.   Riordan Industries is an organization that is divided into 3 plants all over the country and in China.  Recently they have made several changes in the way the do business.  This effected all aspects of the company from manufacturing to sales.  As an organization they are trying to make sure that they are doing everything they can to be successful in everything that they do.  With this in mind Riordan Industries has been forced to evaluate how they operate and correct any precesses that are needed.
Situation Analysis
Issue and Opportunity Identification
The issues that Riordan Industries faces are that they are not sure how to get their company in the right direction.  They are split in the sense that the problems involve how the employees are treated or that the problems are more complex than just compensation issues.  The organization has done surveys to get some employee feedback but still are getting mixed signals from the upper management.  To find more information about their problem and how to solve this quickly the brought in an outside consultant to evaluate and respond to upper management.  The consultant then gave their findings in that their seemed to be issues with compensation, career goals, and employee reward and recognition.
