Problem Solution: Intersect Investments
      Intersect Investment has determined that long-range success is based on a change of corporate culture. Unfortunately, the current leadership and employees are prohibiting the change of the corporate culture and barring the advancement towards the new vision statement. If management does not address the issues that are thwarting the culture change, the company will not be able to actualize their stated vision. The items that are currently preventing the company from achieving the corporate vision are the unwillingness of senior level managers’ inability to adapt, the current intrinsic reward program, and the formal communication process. Intersect Investment can overcome these issues by developing a strategy to assist with senior management acceptances, by providing an appropriate award system, and by establishing a formal line of feedback.

      Intersect Investment is a financial service company that has determined a need for a cultural change in order to meet the needs and expectations determined by consumers. “In most instances, today's rapidly changing business environment dictates that companies reinvent themselves with each generation (Xavier, 2006, p. 8).” The CEO has recognized the importance of cultural change to remain competitive in the current market and has created a vision to reflect that change.
