Problem Solution: Intersect Investments
Intersect Investments is a financial services firm that has identified a new vision to improve customer relationships and gain trust throughout the industry while attempting a strategic shift in organizational change. This problem solution will identify the issues and opportunities that are facing the internal and external stakeholders of the company and define some barriers to the positive structural development of the various departments within the company. Of equal importance to point out are the stakeholder perspectives and the ethical dilemmas that exist as a direct result of the new brand image that Intersect is trying to reveal. Ethical dilemmas and the internal culture within a company should be known and approached with passion, focus and various communication methods due to their delicate nature before transformational change is attempted. The end state vision included within this problem solution identifies what will culminate after the projected goals and objectives are realized. If the opportunities are addressed, the ethical issues are handled accordingly within the company culture and the stakeholders accept and buy-in with the mission of the organization the positive productive end state vision will be successful. The gap between what is currently transpiring within the company and where the organization desires to be is the gap that is being discussed and examined within this document.
