Mexican Red Cross
“Together for Humanity” (ICRC 2009).
    This paper will explain how managers and leaders impact The Mexican Red Cross organizational culture, which are the roles and responsibilities and how the four functions of management support the creation of a healthy organizational culture.
     The Red Cross is a volunteer and non profit organization that helps with no distinction of race, religion, gender, economic condition or ideology,  to all human beings which life or health is in risk; “it protects victims of armed conflict and other situations of violence and provide them assistance”(ICRC´s 2009).  The Red Cross´s vision will led to improve the quality and quantity of its services, particularly in those areas where it can support society in a more efficient way; participate with other organizations related to it to project itself institutionally within society, be more creative to make use of the resources and funds with the purpose of apply them to ends, projects and  concrete activities in favor of society, use a technology that warranties that every service its given with the highest quality standards expected of the Mexican Red Cross, modernize the facilities, improve management and existent operation system, establish criteria´s to the opening of new facilities, as well new areas of service with optimal level in quality and attention and have a mayor presence of excellence in the Red Cross and  Red Crescent  International Movement departing from a wide collaboration and participation of ...
