If we would add SWOT and Porter’s Five Forces models into the analysis, it would make the framework perfectly to look deeply into the business strategy. (Kotle, 1998)  At the mean time, the analysis that are predicting the future and some business plans might be wrong because we are human, but they are momentous to run a business due to they have had helped us to find changes in assumptions and accidental results in the situation of the strategy.
