The main objective of the note is to submit the points to Mr. Zach, not to take a decision to close the Fitness Centre. First of all, we have to keep in mind that what type of a person Mr. Zach is? As per the details given, Mr. Zach is profit oriented person and more interested in the cost cutting measures of the company. We have to prepare the note in such a way somewhat matching with the views of Mr. Zach. Our analysis in this case is as under :-
The letter is more of exaggerating the strengths rather than focusing on the facts i.e. the stress is on persuasion instead of testing and evaluation. The letter is giving a message that as Mr. Joe is regularly visiting the fitness centre, he viewed the matter with his own perspective only.

The Increase in productivity analysis on company data would have more specific and would have been more appealing to Mr. Zach.
