Improvement of Sales with Available Resources:
We have limited resources Sales Net Work & Sales Staff. We have to take care when using these tools. We have nothing in name of good will. So it is a problem to take some one in our confidence to get involve with us in to the business.  So it is so important to use our resources with care, control our budget and to improve our sales with a professional attitude which can help us to improve our network.

Training of Distributors & Sales Staff:
In the area we have not so strong distributors professionally or financially so first of all we to work hard on our available Distributors and Sales Staff, try to bring them on professional track which will help them to improve our business.

Appointment of Distributors:
It is not so easy to appoint Distributors in the region for a company in a limited time frame; even I know some towns where Unilever was failed to appoint Distributors for 5 to 6 years. No one can provide Distributors in one day. For this first of all we have to improve our Sale on spot sale bases. Experienced sales men can create Demand of our product in Retail market will bring Distributors for us. In the main towns we can use the tool of Suppliers which can create the demand of our product in market.
