The super weapon in today’s competitive business is information. Information can indicates organization to know its situation, environment, competitors and most importantly customers. Given current information rich competitive environment, the organization must seek ways to utilize technology and  information to improve its productivity. ‘Sales Force Automations are one approach to increased productivity due to their  ability to gather and synthesize a wealth of customer and competitor information’(Moutot and Bascoul 2008, 167).

The salespeople can strongly focus on doing new business and current customers instead of doing and calculating paperwork by hand. When a salesperson is waiting maters such airplanes or appointments, he or she can be productive, if there is a laptop or computer available. It will help them to get well prepared for sales forces.

Better Sales Management and Better Communication
It will be much efficient, if an organization head quarter and fields are able to communicate in exchange of information. The head quarter can have greater operational flexibility even better sales management. Stuffs or members are able to access to their work and communicate from virtually any point on the globe, as long as they have internet access. Mangers can be working from home and have all sales information available with a few keystrokes.
