As a popular topic, stress-related topics have been argued for a long time. It is suggested that in 2003 the costs of stress-related problems within UK industries is as high as 370 million pounds. The explorations of solution to decrease people’s stress levels become more and more important. This easy will firstly define the term of “stress”. Physical stress reactions that people normally have include stomachache, headache, a fast heartbeat, dry mouth, sweating palms, etc. There is a variety of emotional symptoms as well which are unable to concentrate, tension, irritability, trouble sleeping, feeling tired and so on.
All in all, stress occurs when there are excessive pressures. People could benefit from having reasonable pressure, but if an individual can not cope with the excessive pressures at a given time, the stress occurs.
