These are self explanatory lines which are highlighting the importance of science without borders in today’s world. Suggestions for diminishing borders-The organizations in international environment will improve by increasing exchange of information and exploiting unused potential constructively. The instruments of development of scientific and technological co-operation should be strategically aligned and supplemented, under the priorities agreed with partner countries. Developing co-operation also improve the working and living condition of researchers in developing countries which prevents a permanent brain drain and increases researcher’s motivation to return to their home country.
