Teaching Philosophy

The ultimate goal of education should be to provide a creative, exciting, and meaningful learning atmosphere for all students, and to develop devoted and responsible citizens within the school itself, the local community, as well as to the country.  Training and developing effective teachers is a vital need in society today.  By connecting my education and personal world view, I was able to develop my philosophy regarding the importance for the need of highly-qualified teachers in our schools and among our students.  
Education should leave a lasting and meaningful impression upon students by providing teachers who are fully committed to being positive role models among each pupil that passes through their classrooms.  After committing to becoming a role model, a teacher must model a system of giving and receiving respect between herself and her students.  A teacher must then realize that not every student is perfect, but yet they must be accepting and willing to continue their efforts of reaching those students that simply seem unreachable.  A teacher will take the opportunity to contact parents or guardians of their students to become more aware of uneasy situations that the child may be going through.  This shows the true character of which every teacher must possess:  a caring and kind-hearted nature.  I can provide a firm foundation between students and parents and remain connected to allow for the highest qualified education which will best suit each student in my classroom.
