1. Intro
There are leaders any organizations or groups always. In order to be a successful organization, it is necessary to be with a leader who can make a goal and right decisions for developing their group. In other words, if the leader has lack of abilities to manage organization, it will not be possible to be a successful organization. If there are problems with management, the leader should find problems and fix it, or the organization should find another leader to fix it to be a sustainable organization. This is the reason how important leadership is in this world. For instances, there is a family that is managed by the inefficiency head, and it is hard to expect children who are well educated and be loved. Also, there is a company which is managed by terrible managers, and we can not see growing company in their future. It is not only about the manager’s collapse, but also there are related collapse of thousands employees in the organization. Therefore, it is really important to have a good leader for every organization. In this paper, we are going to take a look what is leadership, and what leaders should be required generally. 2. Definition of leadership
A leader can collaborate with employees directly, and also be affected to worker’s behavior by building organizational culture indirect way. In this point of view, Yukl defines leadership as a process of making members understood and agreed with what is the most efficient way for them, and encourage members struggle to share the same goal in organization.
