A Business research process is necessary to assist managers in the decision-making process because it will allow a company to improve the understanding of a particular business or management concern.  It can also result in a solution to an existing problem within the organization.  If there is an existing area in the company that cannot be resolved, a business research this area and can provide studies to find a solution.
