Complaints againts Ma’am Calising turn over to the president Last November 18, 2008 where the learning group 3311 is scheduled for SRA facilitated by Ma’am Gladys Calising, the students were shocked of the letter of complaints the teacher was holding. These was a surprising event for all the students in the learning group because the letter was not even disccused by the class – in fact it was only written by the president Lysa Joy Hermoso. It stated a list of complaints which were actually problems the class face in Ms. Calising’s facility. Some of these complaints seemed to be “too general” as of expected so Ms. Hermoso had to clarify them, not misinterpreting what she has written. However, most of the students in the class grew angry on the president since it was not talked over with the class and yet it was sent to the teacher. Meaning, those complaints might affect what Ma’am Calising would think about the class. However, Ma’am Calising looked on the bright side on this unexpected incident where she looked at it as a step towards a good kind of teaching. This complaints actually taught her what the students think about her facility and the way she teaches.
