United Arabian Emirates

Introduction.

The United Arabian Emirates is a small country which situated in southwest of Arabian Peninsula   between Oman and Saudi Arabia bordering from both side with Gulf of Oman and Persian Gulf.  It consists of 7 emirates.  They are: Dubai, Al Fujairah, Ajman, Sharjah, Ras al Khaimah, Quwain, and Abu Dhabi which also is the capital city of Arabian Emirates.

 
The UAE was established in 1971 from tribally-organized Arabian Peninsula sheikhdoms who had been under the control of England since 1853. England  could not prevent them because this period of time was period when it was loosing most of its overseas territories and brithish didn’t have enough power, money to face such chalenge. Exactly in this period of time the ruler of Abu-Dhabi became Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan al Nahyan. He gathered all sheikhdoms and offered them to create one country. Thereby separate emirates became federated state called United Arabian Emirates. Sheikh Zayed was choosen as a first president of the country.and till today he is called father of the nation.
